WesternPAcon in pictures

These pictures were taken on Saturday August 13, 2011, in the afternoon.  This mini-Eschacon was hosted by bluesman, and was attended by him and stuckinlodi, Buckeye, mighty mouse (ms fahrenheit), and batguano.  By this time in the afternoon stuckinlodi had already departed.  Also attending were bluesman's dog Echo, and batguano's dogs Carmen and Wyatt.  There was a grand cookout and party later on in the evening, attended by bluesman's cool friends.

Panning for gold.

The dogs relax by the gold-diggers.

I made it back to the group after taking the previous pictures above, and we took a group photo.  From left:  Echo, Buckeye, batguano, bluesman, mighty mouse

The deep forest of the State game lands bordering bluesman's property is fenced off to provide a safe haven for deer.

Waiting for Wyatt to catch up to the group.  All three dogs chased the Jeep, but only Echo and Carmen kept up the chase:  Wyatt gave up and headed back home.

Buckeye heads off with her camera to take more pictures of the countryside.  bluesman had walking sticks for everyone.
