Having the resolve of the American electorate behind him does not give Obama the courage to do what he was mandated to do by the people ... what he promised: change.

the New Economy
If you un-concentrate the wealth, by hiring middle-class people with it, then the new middle-class would pay more in taxes, as well as increase consumption (given favorable tariffs).
